We are a community based group of musicians who love to play celtic music.
We meet twice a month and welcome anyone who shares our love of music.
Please take a look around at our website...
All the information about our club and when and where we play is in about us as well as some interesting info about our founder and director Emma Nixon.
In our gallery page you can view some slideshows of some of our members, playing some tunes and some of the wonderful instruments we play.
We have links to other fiddle clubs, schools and camps that are available, upcoming events or festivals that may be of interest and much, much more...
Don't miss our tunes page, it lists many of the songs we play or have played in the past with links to any available sheet music.
So, please take a look around and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or queries you may have about our club or any thing else on our site.
ENJOY AND HAVE A GREAT DAY!
Great News!
Congratulations to our very own Emma Nixon who was awarded a Golden Fiddle Award for the Best Teacher Category at the Tamworth Golden Fiddle Awards.
Now in its sixth year, the Golden Fiddle Awards is the only program of its kind in
Australasia which showcases both professional and recreational fiddlers across all genres.
The awards show, hosted by fiddle legend Pixie Jenkins, has become well entrenched as
an alternative feature of the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
Also, Congratulations to George Jackson, who won Australian Champion Bluegrass Fiddler AND Banjo player !
Congratulations Emma and George!
